  5. The \_bbs\opus directory contains the tools that created the
  6. files.bbs file in each subdirectory.  These should be usable with
  7. Remote Access / TubFile / Opus / QuickBbs / Superbbs.

  9. Maximus

  11. \_bbs\maxtool contains a utility to copy the files.bbs files to one
  12. directory on your hard disk and create the hcdareas.ctl file that
  13. points to the index files.  Thanks to Koos van den Hout.

  15. PC Board
  16. --------------------------------------------------------------------------
  17. The \_bbs\pcbtool directory contains the tools used to create the
  18. \_bbs\pcb *.dir files.  It also has a utility to create the global
  19. index file.  Please make backups on your configuration.

  21. RBBS
  22. --------------------------------------------------------------------------
  23. The \_bbs\rbbstool directory has some tools and hints for installing
  24. the cdrom on a RBBS board.  The file listings are in \_bbs\rbbs.  The
  25. directory files, dir.dir, dirc.dir, and dirg.dir are in
  26. \_bbs\rbbstools.  Thanks to Bruce Jackson.

  28. Spitfire

  30. The \_bbs\sftool directory has some tools and hints for installing the cdrom
  31. on a spitfire BBS.  The file listings are in \_bbs\sf.

  33. RoverBoard

  35. The \_bbs\rover directory has instructions for converting the
  36. \_bbs\pcboard\*.dir files to rOver board format.

  38. Wildcat

  40. \_bbs\wc30 contains a setup program for wildcat, version 3.55.  this
  41. is the commercial version, not the shareware version.  This should work
  42. with versions up to and including 3.90.

  46. In the \_bbs\rbbstool directory is a directory listing of the
  47. different file areas.  There are three versions of the directory
  48. menu, a plain version, a IBM high-bit version, and an ANSI color
  49. version.  If you want to show me what your bbs requires for a
  50. directory area display similar to the rbbs display, please send me
  51. the exact specifications.

  53. If you set the disc up for your board with features or enhancements
  54. that aren't on the disc, please ftp me a copy to cdrom.com or
  55. snail-mail me a copy and I'll credit your account toward future
  56. purchases.

  58. I'm not a sysop.  I have tried to create file index files that will
  59. be useful for sysops.  Feedback is appreciated.  Prebuilt BBS
  60. configuration files are greatly appreciated.
